Thank you so much for your comment this morning on my blog post. I'm new to this whole blog thing and was uncertain what exactly the outcome would be.

I cannot tell you how much it touched my heart and made me feel that much more confident about staying home with my son. I too was a teacher before I had him and letting go of that identity has been a tough decision. Teaching brings in a sold income but in my heart I know it would take so much away from my daily life with my son. He's starting to smile and if I wasn't home with him I would have already missed those moments.

It's so nice to have someone out there in the world who I can identify with. Sadly, no one in my family are stay-at-home mothers and defending my decision isn't always easy. My sister-in-laws seem to look at me as if I have lost my mind deciding to stay home. I feel like it's the best decision I could make. It's most definitely not the easiest option. Balancing my writing career, putting enough articles together to make a living, plus tending to a newborns needs seems like two full-time jobs!

Your supporting comment made my day and thank you for such a positive outlook on staying home! I'm so excited to know I'm not alone in this adventure!

Much love,
Tiffany
